Lip Gloss - A

I bought the mini "warm" set at 20% off during the spring sale, and was so happy with it I went back for the mini reds. They're not my absolute favorite formula, and I wouldn't pay full price for a full size, but no other glosses in my collection combine shimmer/shine and vivid color with minimal stickiness or grit as well.

Lipsticks - B+

I bought Vendetta (matte red) and Fever Dream (matte nude) as part of a set knocked down by 50% thanks to May's flash sale and coupons. The coverage is lovely and long lasting, but they're a bit drying. I also find my satisfaction depends very heavily on the color: Vendetta has become one of my favorite reds, but there are other nudes I would reach for well before Fever Dream. I might pick up some of the other reds or purples, and would like to try the Blitztrance formula, but only at a fairly steep discount or secondhand.

Eyeshadow - C-

I bought the mini Sublime palette during the spring sale, and like others, my overall reaction is "meh." I am impressed by the variety in the gold shades, but I have too many other, more interesting metallics that blend more easily and have less fallout in other palettes to ever justify pulling this one out unless I just want a single shade look. In fact, I think I'm talking myself into decluttering it just typing this out. I might eventually purchase an Astral Quad so I can try one of the "special effects" shades, but only on sale.

General notes on customer service: I've never had an issue with shipping, but I really dislike the "luxe" packaging. Not the lipstick cases (although the eyeshadow palette is ridiculously heavy for something that's presumably supposed to be an on-the-go/tester option); what they put everything in to send it out. Who asked for a box full of streamers and sequins, and can I dump mine on them?!
