I started my adult life what I'd consider much later than my peers, it didn't really click until I was mid-20s. I have been working side/retail jobs since I was 14 but an understanding of the corporate salaried/growth life didn't kick in til then.

I went from 10K to 1 million in 3.5 years by paying off all my debt and starting to slowly invest in real estate. The next million came in another 2 years after that and the next million 1 year later. I set lofty, yet realistic goals, and became a multi-millionaire before I turned 30.

I am a natural numbers guy, nothing amazing (I have no comprehension beyond algebra and geometry) but enough to really hone in and study patterns and percentages and their effect over time. I crunched tbe numbers on all sorts of business ideas and investments and real estate is crystal clear to me. I can't wait to get into commercial development which is my next endeavour.
