Oh, I’m sorry :( I’d talk to him about how much this hurt you. He’s so so wrong. I eat like a saint and follow a diet that should very well keep my skin clear, but I slather acne medication on my face to keep it clear...He just doesn’t get it. People who have great skin naturally just don’t understand sometimes. He may just have a more perfectionistic personality and just be one of those people who has very high expectations for himself and everyone around him. Maybe he can use this as an opportunity to work on empathy, and can gain some perspective from this situation. People aren’t perfect and having that expectation is a flaw within himself that he’ll have to work on as time goes on.
