Why do I physically destroy myself when I am working on a painting?

Look my opinion is this:

being an artist implies an immersion of the soul, mind and physique at unconventional levels.

For me it is common to see a certain mental disorder while creating something really impressive. I call it the fine line that separates genius from madness. Rather, I think that genius is directly related to madness, because when we think without limits, crazy, when we create the best creations.

However, it has suq edomarte. You have to observe yourself very closely and be able to smooth out what you don't like about yourself without losing your creative level.

You could not know yourself in this way if you were not an artist and developed it. You would not face these inner problems that you have. So be happy with the challenge that is placed before you.

You must find new ways to create feeling at the top of your full potential without letting the mind direct you. It's like giving more strength to the good in you and saying NO. I'm not going to do this that I don't like, I'm going to do this other thing and I'm going to create my painting just as well, in this case.

Give yourself time, train. Make mistakes and correct yourself every day. But keep an eye on the final change. On that day when you believe as you know you can create without letting all mental and physical madness rule you. Without letting what you don't like about yourself be linked to what you do like.
