PJ Fleck Provides visual aid for Minnesota football at press conference

General inquiry about Fleck:

I've played for a lot of different coaches across 3 sports, and by that I mean sports that I seriously trained at for years and years and took seriously. I've never had a coach who seemed so cliche-y if that makes sense. I've had the hard asses who yell and scream at you. The intellectuals who describe everything you're doing in depth with a kind of monotone attitude. And the buddy buddy coaches who cracks jokes and punches you on the arm. But never a coach who made me cringe or rub my eyes when he said things.

Is this going to pay off?

And I realize that this question coming from someone who watches Harbaugh on a weekly basis might seem a bit face-palmy, but I think of Harbaugh more as a cross between the hard ass and intellectual than the cliche-y kind of coach. He does some face-smacking things, but it's mixed in with everything else he does. I don't know a ton about Fleck, but after watching some games and interviews over the last year, I don't quite get it.
