I think the only thing WotC is going to notice is a full on quit from players at this point. They're catering to whales, so even if only 30% of players buy into brawlidays or any other game mode at 10k gold, that's a win for them, especially if the rest of the playerbase still sticks to standard or drafts. They're not looking for a fair price, or to cultivate a healthy and inclusive economy; they're looking to gouge and profit to the absolute maximum.

I've slowly been drifting away from Arena, and I don't really play any other games these days - I'm slowly but surely swapping out Arena for Netflix. I'd rather play nothing than feel like I'm being taken for a fucking ride by this company.
