My brothers been a heroin addict for 10 years.
He had gotten sober about 4 years ago.
He had twin babies two years ago.
Cps took them from him cause of a fractured clavicle and femur on the twins 7 day check up. If you research online this is something that happens to 1 of 100 twin births.
Cps doesn’t care they pressed charges after one year, that’s when my brother ultimately depressed, unable to father his babies and being accused of breaking one of their bones...he relapsed.
Now last week he’s landed himself in jail with a dui.
He’s locked in there and the state is forcing him to take a plea they keep revoking his bond.
We’ve spent everything we have as a family on this, I just spent my last 1500$ yesterday on his lawyers fee.
We are taking it to trial...but the state keeps pushing it off and holding it back. Meanwhile he’s just sitting in prison waiting.
