Please help me critique my single tier build before I start construction

Make it bigger! If you only ever want to do 10 gallon batches, and use keggles, then fine, but keggles are a pita and heavy. I use 20 gal ss kettles to mash (with a false bottom) and boil, so i can partigyle 5 gal of a 10-11% and 10gal of a 6-7% beer, or just do 15-17 gallons. That allows me a lot of flexibility to make a standard beer, a fruited or dry hopped beer, and a sour beer out of the same batch! If you would ever consider kettles vs keggles, they are wider and shorter than keggles, and if you have 3 of them, they wont fit well on that design. Space it out a bit to give yourself some future flexibility. Next, depending on how tall the stand is, you might consider putting the t-handle down on the next rail, it may be better placement to move it easily, and the handle wont get so hot. Having that handle sticking out scares me, you brush it when that near burner is on, and you'll have blisters. You could even have it fold down against the side to reduce the chances of catching it. Another commenter discussed decoupling the burners to reduce heat transfer, which means not having a solid rail all the way around the top, but having 3 "boxes" of rail that stick up independently. That way, the heat wont transfer all along the top rail. Also, the angled supports around the burners will also collect and transfer even more heat to the frame. You might consider removing them (or at least paring the mass down), and making a bracket that slings under the burners to hold them in place, rather than connecting them near the top where there is so much heat. That may also give you the flexibility of changing the brackets more easily if you discover a spacing issue that requires a height/distance adjustment. I dont have the time or money to build a full brewsystem right now, and we use the king kooker cart and it rocks! It is small enough to fit in the back of an suv, powerful enough to do whatever i want to do, and cheap! Granted, the jet burner is loud as hell, a lot louder than banjo burners, but hey, you cant have it all at just over a hundred bucks. I will be modding it to handle pumps and accessories for a rims or herms system when i can, but i would also love to build a custom cart like you have planned. Looks like it will be a nice piece! Good luck
