Please reconsider Static Strike's base duration nerf

I'm not sure how to make static strike more attractive as a skill without making it too good as just a "side piece". Too much duration and you just pop it every once in a while for a huge amount of damage added to your normal build, this is particularly bad in poe2.

It's pretty okay in it's current state power-wise, but I just didn't see a great reason to use it over earthshatter, which plays very similar in style but has way more single target (with proper positioning) and more AoE.

Perhaps it could get added flat duartion per exerted war cry it consumed. Still some what abusable as a side piece, but requires a lot of investment now.
