not sure why nobody gave you the best cost-effective answer:

you can craft/buy these exact 6 mods much cheaper on a rune dagger(~20div).

1. buy rune dagger with 26% DoT multi fracture
2. get it to 30% quality with fossils or syndicate
3. alt/aug spam till you hit +1 all spells
4. regal
5. if u regal prefix, you have to 50/50 annul it
6. if you regal suffix, you can try step 5 or you craft prefix cannot be changed and you scour it
7. once you have rare rune dagger with fracture mod and +1 all spells, craft "can have up to 3 crafted mods", "cannot roll attack mods", "added fire damage to spells"
8. use harvest craft "add/remove fire" which cost 15000 red juice and 1 white. This is a 1in4 gamble, where the harvest craft might choose to remove the +1all spells. If that happens, u need to restart from step3.
9. If you hit +1 fire with +1 all spells, you are 90% done. Proceed to bench craft to remove existing crafted mods.
10. Craft "can have up to 3 crafted mods", followed by 18-20% fire DoT multi(suffix), and 51-60% fire damage(prefix). If you do not have these mods on your bench you will have to unveil them or get someone to craft it for you.
11. finally you use harvest to craft "grant 1% ele damage per 2% quality) and you are done.
