Possible internal theft at ine of my stores

I have the same gut feeling that there is some internal theft going on in my store but can't prove. Everything is so hush hush and i'm pretty confident that it involves several layers of management and salespeople from all areas of the store. I'm a skilled manager but I was doing the work of a regular salesperson for months because my boss kept putting off my cert classes. No one talked to me and when they did it was always with contempt as if they were trying to make me quit. Now I might be a goody goody but I'm not stupid (although I am pretty good at playing stupid). I would pretend not to notice when people stopped talking as I entered the room, or when they would stand within earshot any time I was would talk to the boss, or when certain people got away with doing absolutely nothing by certain managers. Acting like I appreciate what little help I got, even if I knew they were wrong or just lying. If I had something small I could complain about that didn't have to be taken too seriously, I would "confide" in one of the employees which told me who talks to who. There isn't one manager that I trust to do the right thing, because I think they're either complicit or they're too dumb to handle serious issues properly. Now before you think I'm just being paranoid know that more than a couple bad employees have been fired (rightfully so) because of my help and I know I'll never get credit for it. In fact, if LP is any good they're already paying more attention to the employees who have been there the longest. Shit doesn't end with them but guaranteed it starts with them.
