[Post Match Thread] Stoke 1-1 Manchester Utd

Getting ready to be downvoted by people who can never admit it, but Ibra was astonishingly shit today

He should've had at least one assist and looked dangerous throughout with his passing. It's a big ask to have him create something out of thin air when he's waving his arms and pointing at the ground and not getting the ball. It's also amazing how often he slips a through ball in only to have players stand around and staring at it like they're surprised you're actually allowed to do that. The running theme is that we have a bunch of uncreative footballing gomerils who will gladly run a mile with the ball but will hardly take a step without it, and Ibra certainly does not fall into that category since he releases the ball quick and are looking for passes in the channels.

Honestly, I think some of you have been so damaged by LvG that you've forgotten what an effective game of football looks like. Hint: it's not "taking your man on" aka dwelling on the ball, it's finding space for the pass and moving the ball with two or less touches, occasionally taking a risk in the last third instead of just circulating it until the whistle blows.
