This is an NPC in the CR 5 portion of the campaign I'm writing. Since he's part of a larger group, I had to design him with a relatively low CR. However, I'm itching to try some of the templates from Advanced Bestiary! So I think I've followed all the rules here, and that my estimation of his CR is accurate, but I'd be fine if the experts weighed in.
