Jet just advice from someone who has seen this type of thing before, it's best if you could give free stuff out to the community. People will still feel bitter for not getting stuff despite restrictions placed on the content creators. It's the easiest way to soothe tensions so they don't go further on harming the Lilith brand name. Rewards generally make people forget something bad happen in this type of scenario. Back in the day I played Digimon Linkz, a Bandai Namco game, and there was a huge disruption of service where the game went out for almost two weeks. When the game came back up, everyone was compensated very well. In the end, people forgot about it and continued to play the long term game.
