Problem player stories

This will probably out my username to anyone who games with me, but oh well.

So this guy, he games at my local store, and I've played in more than one game with him. In general, he's difficult to deal with, and this story isn't the worst of it, but I'm not going to get into all that.

Specifically, we were starting a new Shadowrun game. He made a shaman, who was mute. He literally brought a chalkboard to write notes on so we would know what his character was saying. Most of the time, he would just start talking (not short sentences), and the GM would have to remind him that no one could hear him speak. He got to the point where he would just scribble on his board as he was talking.

Then, he didn't know the rules for any of his spells. He just saw a list of names for the different spells and picked them out based on what he thought they should be able to do (almost always not accurately). He then expected the GM to either make up rules for them on the spot (which he would then argue with, because they didn't fit his idea of what they should be able to do), or told the GM to buy the other books so that the GM would have the info on his spells.

Now, in game, we got our first job together. It was to destroy some "research". We decide to have our characters go to my characters apartment to plan, and the first thing his character says (I don't even think he attempted to write it out) is "I need a corner for my fetishes." And I couldn't help making a "whoah man, I barely know you" joke. This made him mad at me for the rest of the game (possibly the rest of my life, who knows), and he even shot at my computer stuff with his spells (or something).

So then we get to the planning. His plan is to go in, guns blazing, and kill everyone and everything. No one else at the table is playing someone who is out to kill people willy nilly, and none of us are really all that skilled at fighting (more of a sneaky/stealy group). So not only do none of us want to do this plan, we'd actually be guaranteed to die if we tried.

We work up a pretty good plan, and during the recon part of the plan he begins his plan all on his own. Part of which, includes using a Command spell, in which you make someone obey your commands. Your verbal commands. In case you forgot, he's mute. He then says that he can use his Mimic spell to mimic a voice. At which point everyone at the table in unison says "why don't you do that all the time then?" and he says something like "I guess you've never heard of 'immersion' ".

So anyway, he actually manages to get to the "research", which is a living person (or something), and awkwardly offers to take him out of there. We were hired to destroy the research, and none of us (except you-know-who) is willing to kill this person. I have one of the other characters stay with the research, while we go to the meet to collect our money. I figure, my character is a hell of a liar, and I can probably convince them that we destroyed the research. We get to the meet, I'm bluffing like a pro, and he chimes in and confesses everything. He very weakly tries to convince them that a live research is better than a dead research, but when they don't change their minds, he agrees to kill the research. I agree to (cause I don't want to be shot), and leave, saying there is no way we are killing this "research". That-guy says he doesn't go back on his word, and is going to go kill him, and there is nothing we can do about it, and leaves on his motorcycle. I use my comms to tell the character that stayed with the research to get out and go hide (the amazing things you can do when you aren't mute).

When his character gets back to my place and finds that there is no one there to kill, he goes back to the person that hired us, and tells them he will find and kill us all, and he will do it for free. He then tells everyone at the table that he should have no problem killing all of our characters, since none of us are combat focused.

We ended there, and it's only a monthly game, so it's another couple weeks before we find out what is going to happen.
