PTs, your thoughts PLEASE! (esp. OP owners and clinical directors)

Thanks for your response. While I may be a complex patient, I have worked assiduously in my recovery to get to where I am today, and I know I still have a long way to go. I religiously spend 1.5 hours on my HEP each day, in addition to a walking program, and as a fiercely independent person, I know I am largely in charge of my own recovery. My PT would be the first to tell you they've never seen a patient work as hard as I have.

Just for clarification (hopefully this is helpful) as I tried my best to be brief and thus did not include all details, the treatment by the PTA was indeed drastically different and I only mentioned the pectineus/piriformis issue as it epitomized this individual's treatment (i.e, not following PoC, wasting treatment time/$, undertaking a modality that wouldn't have any results regardless, etc.)

With this additional information in mind, I'm curious as to what your thoughts are regarding the major financial burden I'm saddled with as a result of this situation? That's the ultimate reason for my post. Many thanks for weighing in.
