[Question] about lectins in soaked seeds

Seeds are loaded with phytic acid, a damaging and vitamin/mineral absorbing anti-nutrient that is designed as a defense mechanism in "baby plants" aka seeds.

Seeds and grains are not meant for human consumption unless you are literally starving to death.

This is why it was given to slaves to eat and one of the main reasons why everyone is fat and unhealthy in the modern world.

Grains like oatmeal and wheat are seeds also, like most nuts and beans are.

All horrible for human beings to consume.

Human beings don't need fiber in our diets, its all marketing from the diet and food industry and there has never been one single legit study that proves that we need fiber to be healthy.

LOL all grains and fibrous foods break down into sugar, which is the bulk of anyone's nutritional intake when they are on a vegetarian or vegan diet...

Paleo dieting should not include stuff that didnt exist as "food" 5000 yrs ago.

So technically a true paleo diet would include:

-raw meat/fish

-cooked meat/fish

-cured/rotted meat/fish

-seasonal fruits

And anything else would be in last case emergency scenarios.

Milk and dairy products weren't common thousands of yrs ago either.

Just saying who really thinks that what cavemen called "berries" were anything like what is sold in modern grocery stores today?

Everything has been genetically altered in labs by man.
