Funny enough, my bf has never gotten any bad feedback about our small height difference. He’s only gotten compliments.

On the other hand girls have come up to me and talked about how it must suck to have to slouch in pictures or not be “able” to wear heels.

To which I used to keep quiet, but now set them straight. I wear whatever shoes I want, because my boyfriend’s height has nothing to do with it. He encourages me to wear heels.

I’ve had even close friends make remarks about how shorter guys are not good enough and blah blah blah, but when they get to know my boyfriend and how well he treats me and goes the extra mile they take notice, and tell me they wish their boyfriends did stuff like that for them since they don’t. How someone treats you is honestly the most important thing imo, especially if you want to grow old with them.
