r/Pokemon is so toxic...

Yeah, I'd been collecting mons until X/Y. Played a little bit of S/M on a colleague's DS when it came out but was burned out on the franchise at that point. When I saw more about Sw/Sh a while back, I thought excluding the natdex wasn't a huge deal because the rest will be added in a couple years or so in subsequent titles anyway. So this can be a fresh start again.

After coming to this sub out of sheer curiosity, like Intelleon, this game has grown on me. Will get it at the end of this month after I get my pay. I still don't think Gamefreak shouldn't try to do more new things and not just add gimmicks. This is a step (or maybe even half a step) in the right direction imo and I hope they keep this trend up in subsequent titles.

PS. I'm getting Shield because Shield doggo is best doggo imo but I really want some of the Sword exclusives, so I hope the homies in this sub trade in with me when the time comes. :)
