I don't know your price range, but something I have found a lot for fun for out of town guests is one of the Brazilian steakhouses. They are fun but without being too pricy (I dont have the prices for the other handy, but Rodizios is just under $50 per person for the full experience). There are three I'm aware of. Fogo de Chao and Rodizions are downtown, Texas de Brazil is north of downtown.

If you aren't familiar with them, they have a decent sized salad bar with a good selection, and then when you are seated at your table, waiters will bring around different cuts of meat that people can try. It's a unique experience if people haven't done it before.
