Remove war exhaustion from "attrition"

Stellaris copied a majority of mechanics from EU4 in the 2.0 update, and eu4 copied a ton from other paradox games, they're all paradox games. They're all worthy of comparison and criticism. You're saying we can't point at other games that have extremely similar mechanics and make comparisons.

If you're really arguing that in the example I provided, which did happen, where 10's of thousands of fleet power was destroyed without losing a single ship, every planet being occupied, every station taken, all without inflicting a single casualty, then enforcing white peace because "you don't control a revolter planet" on the opposite side of the universe isn't absolutely dominated then you chose your hill to die on. Even pdx employees would come up with an excuse and say "it's a limitation of the system" (which it isn't) but you've dug your heels in too far to even consider lol, not wasting anymore words on this.
