Oh please, enlighten us, what is not low effort for "your" sub? Should these character have been drawn as LGBTQ+ representatives? Or should have they been drinking tea with Genshit Impact characters? What author should've done to make it not "low effort" - or better to say, fitting your tastes? Because personally, I think that the author did an excellent work.
