That's understandable.
So, I've come up with two options, because I had honestly forgotten how horrifying Australian pricing was. #1:

A performance-oriented build with a 290 and i5. Very capable, should max most modern titles at 1200p quite consistently. Lacks an SSD, to my sadness, but I just couldn't fit it without compromising performance. Thus, #2:

We step down the GPU by something like 25% to fit a small but fairly swift SSD as a quality of life upgrade. In both cases, I'm quite clearly desperately trying to scrape together the funds. The PSUs are fairly budget - albeit viable - EVGA 500Bs, the motherboards are the cheapest H81s I could find, and the case has but a single fan, something I recommend resolving by installing one or two of these, budget allowing, or simply using this case in the first place if budget allows it front-end.
