Retake & Reapply vs. Transferring

Classic equivocation. An option is a possibility. In this context, there is no substantive difference in the words. If I have the option of having pizza for dinner, then that’s a possibility. “No one can bank on being able to transfer.” Exactly. I never said that, so that’s irrelevant.

The last line wasn’t a dig and can’t be a dig. I didn’t know your age. That was simply to point out that reapplying is easier for recent college graduates than nontraditional students. Hence, your universal recommendation of reapplying is nonsensical.

One of your argument’s premises is that transferring is rare. So yes, pointing out that it’s not rare is important in responding to your argument.
