Fear and doubt .. how to control?

I had all these fears and more in music school. Ultimately, until my last year, I was deathly anxious when it came to performing and it made my entire degree pretty gruelling. I started doing yoga (generic advice, I know) and breathing exercises to regulate my heartbeat before performances. I started being gentler on myself about mistakes. During my practice, I always talked to myself as if I was my own teacher (basically, my reasoning was, you’d never say rude shit to your students, so don’t say rude shit to yourself). That’s how I approached studying for the LSAT and honestly it made the process much easier and a lot of my anxiety was alleviated.
