Is this a Safe Combo?

Please Note: I recently discontinued Cymbalta (duloxetine) and gabapentin

Quitting gabapentin after long term use is no small feat. At least it wasn't for me. Really messed with my head. I hope you've titrated these to reduce any risks of discontinuation syndrome(s). Congrats on getting off of these.

Stack's expectation is to balance out neurotransmitters (Serotonin, Dopamine, Norepinephrine), improve cognition, improve memory, increase energy and fatigue.

I can speak to the above quote and add something to it: Maybe consider trying tianeptine sulfate as an agent that can help with serotonin balance/normalization. Sometimes SRI's like DXM & chlorpheniramine can increase it to unhealthy levels, expecially right after discontinuing an SSRI.

T. sulfate is something to keep in mind as an on-demand neurotransmitter balancing agent with antidepressant properties. It does everything you're aiming for, given the quoted text (minus norepinephrine modulation), but it will help to "improve cognition, improve memory, increase energy and fatigue."

Also, don't be surprised if you start getting edgy after a month or so of daily gingko biloba use. It acts as a norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor when taken chronically, and respectively has shown some anxiogenic side effects with said dosing.

Any reason for choline bitartrate instead of Alpha GPC or CDP Citicoline? The latter pair are much more potent acetylcholine precursors.

As to whether or not this is safe, I don't see any big no-nos or interactions here..So if you feel like it's helping, I say more power to you.
