You're kidding right? Next thing, you're gonna tell us the same thing happened to the indigenous people of the Americas, of Australia and India?
Just an exemple: Congo. The king of belgium took it as his private garden (a region around two thirds the size of Western Europe). He then went on to slaughter the population by chopping off their hands (you could pay with money, rubber or a hand you chopped off from someone... sweet economy) Roughly half the population perished (about 10 million)
And I am not even talking about what the Germans did to the Herero and Nama people. It was a campaign of racial extermination similarmto what they did later in WWII.
As for the "enslaved them" it takes two to tango, we bought slaves from them after all. And slavery existed in the area before whitey came, and had for millennia prior... What whitey did do however was to eventually abolish slavery.
No excuse there for Africans nor for Europeans. People forget that there were many white slaves too. Life was tough back then, being a slave or a slave owner was just normal and accepted. Sadly europeans were the most efficient, by far biggest slave owners and the last to have openly owned them; so they receive a lot of blame and shaming (a bit like the nazis: before them all european countries would regularly commit atrocities against the Jews, but the germans were the last and were very efficient at it, so they get all the blame and shaming)
As for "ripping off their resources", most of these resources weren't even usable to them prior to colonialism

Every country in the world has shit in it's past. Every single one. Africans seems the only ones that can be tarred by it forever.
Maybe African-Americans. But Africans are not really aware of their past. You do not hear them ask for reparations unlike greece to germany for exemple. Africans have long moved on with their lives. They are doing what's best formtheir families and themselves. At the moment, for many, it's leaving for Europe to get a job and send money back home.
