San Diego school ordered to pay $1.25mn to student forced to urinate in bucket.

wow such aggressive defense of a ridiculous situation.

In my case the child was not allowed to leave until assembly was over, the rules that applied to all students, similar rules to the case this is all about. So no, not forced, but neither was the girl in the story, she was instructed to, within earshot of other classmates. She had the right not to piss in the bucket, and living in the land of the free she had the right to defy all instructions and leave the class to piss if she really had to.

The teacher was actually doing her students a favor (however odd it was) by providing a bucket in an adjacent room and a sink so her students could relieve themselves in an emergency due to the school rules of not allowing bathroom passes in short lessons, and this lesson being 25 minutes was short enough to hold onto a piss.

By contacting the media to make a big deal out of a relatively harmless situation the situation blew up in their faces as the media being the scum bags they are blew this story up until someone involved wanted to kill themselves.

I've been told by teachers when I was in school much worse things to do with my piss when asking to leave a class in-front of the entire class, everybody laughs, you hold your piss and go in-between lessons like a regular human should.

The media should be the ones forced to apologies, as should whoever involved them in this situation. Sadly getting a mil because of your own media whoring seems to be the American way.
