Wow, because the conversation was about casting/smelting right? You are missing the point. No one wants the lions getting killed. Trophy hunters are absolutely pieces of shit, but they are rich pieces of shit willing to spend bank to kill an old lion that is no longer capable of producing offspring. That money means guards, guns, bullets to keep poachers out. It means test kits to check that the lions are healthy. It means more land for the reservation. It means political power, advertising, lobbying and so much more. That money is the only thing keeping the lions from being wiped off the planet. Do you get it now?
