Not sure if relevant, but those weekly Modern posts for the weekly constructed tournaments regularly have a huge variety of decks putting up 5-0 results, and even UR Delver with Archmage's charm made it in there this week. Additionally, it doesn't look as though a majority of the decks listed were UR Phoenix or Hogaakvine (though they are on there), and this is how it's been since Hogaak's release AFAIK.

While Hogaak is, indeed, an absurdly powerful card and the Hogaakvine deck centered around him exemplifies that, I haven't seen enough evidence to say Hogaakvine is becoming a disproportionately large amount of the meta right now.
