I don’t see how you have so much hate built up for him. Schaub is honest, apparently responsible to his endeavors, and I believe is the only other person besides Rogan that has a significant history in sports.

Since you despise him maybe you should watch him more on Rogan. I think he’s at his best on Rogan because of the style Joe likes to talk, not being overly goofy or crude and Schaub knows joe wants a true conversation. Joe even butches at them like a father when they were both on together last. He said “I know y’all interrupt on your show but we can’t do that here” or something to that degree.

Callen and Schaub mix well because Callen is an real acting talent. He is smart, Brendan knows he’s smart and respects him for that. Listen to the Rogan fight companion with Eddie Bravo. Eddie left early, Schsub and Rogan couldn’t think of a country or something and At one point Schaub says “man I wish callen was here, he’d know the answer.” I think he even says that a few times.

Schaub’s character which is just an exaggerated version of himself on tfatk is the hyper young kid and callen is the eccentric wise older man who sees beauty in all things which I think it’s hilarious when he’s says some one is “a beautiful man”. He’s playing the eccentric elder who sees no gender and who is so comfortable with his sexuality he will comment on the beauty of a male. I think if Callen ever gets so rich he doesn’t need to work, he would still act on Broadway for the purity of the craft, like Forrest Gump mowing the football fields.

Sometimes Schaub says some silly stuff on below the belt because he’s not very smart when it comes to a wide range of subjects. The reason I don’t mind is because he literally thinks out loud trying to remember something or figure something out and you know how far off he is. The beauty of that is that he isn’t trying to portray himself as smart. He’s a big dumb jock and he’ll probably be the first to tell you.

Probably one of the funniest podcasts I’ve ever heard is him and Theo ripping on each other. I was laughing out loud in the store with headphones when schaub saw that picture of Subway Jared’s ex wife or something and thought it was the chick Theo said he fucked. You can also tell he idolizes Theo. He repeats what Theo says sometimes and Theo gets him laughing so hard he can’t talk. I’m looking forward to the kind and sting.

Schaub strikes me as a dude who’s a great dad and the way he adores kid videos and talks about his son pretty much confirms it for me. He offered to pay for that one fighters kids medical bills. I forget who it was. Then he breaks down crying on below the belt while explaining his sons seizure issues. You can see a part of him hates to look silly crying on camera and he even slaps the mic away like he wanted to cut the taping but Chin says “it’s ok man” and he pushes through the explanation.

All of these things add up to him being a like able dude for me. Enough so I’ll give my opinion with examples on here.
