I got my right nostril pierced today on a whim. I’m feeling bad because I’ve always been self-conscious about that side of my face in particular (terrible self-esteem) and I feel like the piercing draws more attention to it and makes me even more asymmetrical. I’m always hiding that side of my face from view anyway so Idk what the point was in getting a piercing there.

Most of my hair falls to the pierced side so now it just feel like the “heavier” / droopier / uglier side... :(

Should I stick with my right nostril piercing as it is? Or potentially get my left side pierced instead? is it a big deal to take out a fresh piercing or would it not matter too much?
