She's a spider who got given an awful, broken, human persona by a literal evil god, then got mind fucked, for YEARS by like 30 horrible titles pulling her mind to different places. Shiraori IS lacking growth, which should be addressed in the following volumes, provided they are like the WN.

On the particular points:

2) She doesn't get a free pass. Her social ineptitude IS an honest to goodness character flaw and it harms the people around her (Oka, Bloe, Sue and Shun in particular, but also every other reincarnation because she just didn't bother to explain something correctly).

1 and 3) To be fair to her, a lot of that comes from having knowledge of taboo. Life comes much cheaper once you peek behind the curtain.

I'm not going to speak on the dislike of Shun, since I actually like him quite a lot, he's the answer to what would happen if you gave a mediocre high school kid the fate of the world and he hates it WAY more than anyone in the audience could possibly do.
