I got 2 emails:
The first said that I would receive a shipping update this week and that they were being shipped in the order they were received.
The second said I needed to send back my Gen 2 ring before they would ship the gen 3. Included a helpful tip to use my gen 3 box to send back the gen 2 ring because it's environmentally friendly and mother nature will thank me- uhh, how can I do that without receiving Gen 3's ring first?
Ugh, I'm tired of this, I've never seen a company that is just so unorganized. This is nonsense, and there's no way I am putting my $300 ring I just bought in the mail willy-nilly with no promise of getting anything in return.
I'm so frustrated with this whole situation. I wish a grown up company would buy them
