User reviews who get impacted more heavily when a game really doesn’t live up to expectations.

Or when the fans are especially online and salty about other shit than the actual game. Like Battlefield 5 getting 0′s for having a woman by user review.

Critic reviews that will never go to low or get to critical

Which would still apply to games made by Ubisoft and Activision. Their games were still recieved worse by aggregate review, even if your conspiracy theory was true, it′s still irrelevant.
