Selling real weed doesnt matter....
the state has no interest in protecting the tourists they just want tax money
Weed world has ANOTHER storefront on Decatur.
Their vans have been caught REPEATEDLY claiming their products have THC....in multiple states.....and their registrations are out of state.
This company has a business model of selling counterfeit narcotics...It is illegal to sell babypowder claiming its coke. Its illegal to sell weed candies without weed....if you represent them as having THC they are counterfeit narcotics and can be charged as an ELEVATED charge.
The fact that MULTIPLE street vendors working for this company have REPEATEDLY been caught lying or selling real weed out of the vans makes it clear that THIS IS THEIR BUSINESS MODEL....
That makes all the wrapped vans, all the storefronts, all the owners sportscars and mansions....THE PRODUCT OF INTERSTATE DRUG TRAFFICKING AND FRAUD
RICO THEIR ASSES!
At the very least I would like to see New Orleans pass an order establishing that in the eventual event of marijuana legalization NO LOCATION ENGAGED IN THE SALES OF CBD PRODUCTS WILL BE ALLOWED TO ENGAGE IN RECREATIONAL OR MEDICAL MARIJUANA SALES AT SAID LOCATION FOR A PERIOD OF X YEARS AFTER LEGALIZATION.
Because WeedWorld is trying to get "dibs" on dabs by opening these store fronts. If you arent going to run the vans off at least cut their nuts off at the shops.
