Should I fear my child's future now that Trump is president?

If you're saying you don't have a job, well good news for you, one of Donald's main plans is to bring back decent paying jobs to our country. We lost so many jobs to bad trade deals like NAFTA that saw our mid level jobs shipped out of our country to places like China, Thailand, Vietnam, Mexico, and even Canada.

The job market will improve under a Trump presidency.

I don't know what to tell you about "Dad stuff" as I'm not sure what that means or how it would be affected by a Trump presidency.

As for depression, I understand that all too well. I have been dealing with depression for almost my entire life, it sucks, but you can't let things like politics bring you down or add to the stress. Focus on you and your kid and what you can personally do to make your lives the best they can be. You'll make it through, just stay focused on whats important, finding work for you and your kid. Just remember, even a shitty job is better than no job, and just because you take a job you may not like, doesn't mean you have to stick with it, you can continue to look for and apply for better jobs while you're employed.
