Sir yacht

I get the night of there might be some overreactions and obviously, there are a lot of interesting discussions to be had about the future because of the series.

That said, there have been a couple people spamming wild stuff and just saying absolutely crazy stuff. So much of it is disconnected from anything approaching reality, perspective or common sense.

I spend an unhealthy amount of time thinking about the Cavs. I get how much this sucks and how frustrating it is, but I was saying to trade every pick we could to give that Lebron team any chance, because I thought I’d have to wait a decade to see another decent Cavs team.

Instead, we ended up with a perfectly on time and maybe, slightly early rebuild and burgeoning contender. This is exactly where I hoped we’d be and it wasn’t like the Cavs got a ton of luck along the way. They’ve just hit on big moves, taken smart risks and won at the stuff around the margins. They have 4 players that could be an allstar next year. The sky is far from falling.

Brunson sucked in the playoffs a few years back. Thibs has been fired twice. They wanted Randle gone last year. They’ve been rebuilding since Melo left. That’s why they’re so excited.

That’s not a slight to the Knicks, just a reminder that Garland and Allen can and will be better. Mitchell has definitely be better. Mobley, Garland and Okoro are soooo young.

It’s time to round out the roster around the core.
