Small fast-food investment offer

You are so pessimistic, You should ask and I will provide you with answers.

"I waitered for 10 years and bought my own restaurant/bar"

Again you come across as a less empathetic person, which year was that? Do you live in the current South Africa? I can't even get a mcdonalds job with my degree, I have applied and rejected countless times and almost all waiting Jobs have no Basic Pay.

You won't buy a fridge? And you expect to pass your inspection?

I am getting a bar fridge which will suffice for now.

Your flat top; it'll be installed by a registered technician as legally required? You know what they charge?

I only need a gas bottle, and I will connect it myself.

Restaurants do not earn millions.

TRADITIONAL restaurants do not correct, like I said my strategies are new to the market.

My food has 25~35% profit margin, but it's my other strategic plans that will earn those millions.

However. You admit you aren't from the industry? So I'd suggest you do more research.

I have been on this restaurant plan for the past 12 months and this Should tell you how elaborate the market research or rather I say research was.

Go to a small cafe and offer to work for free for a week to learn from the owner how they started

I love this suggestion and this is what I have been trying to figure which restaurant was perfect for me.

Don't ever blame where you come from. Figure out how to get where you want.

TRUE! I love and know this. I am sorry if it sounded like I blamed my situation.

I've given brief points of criticism which I believe to be valid, based upon my experience.

Thank you but all your concerns are well addressed in my business plan and about the spoon situation this is why you need an opening CHECKLIST!!
