I know many people here aren't really into Razer and their poroducts but O still want to tell you a little background and hopefuly get some advice. Recently I decided it was time for a new keyboard, I've owned a Blackwidow 2014 for just over 2 years and even after lceaning I'm startign to notice more and more double taps and diffrences between keys (mainly the wasd keys which for obvious reasons are the most used). The s ket sometimes goes up significantly lsower than the others on the actuation point upward and requires a bit more force (feels like 60+ grams).

I was still pretty satisfied with the keyboard overal and as I heard the Kahli keys are regarded as keys that have bigger than usual qc issues I decided I still wanted to get a new Blackwidow keyboard with a new layout.

So I went and ordered a 2016 edition Blackwidow online, expecting it to be pretty similar, here's the catch, the spacebase is pretty diffrent, it has pretty significant rattle (way more than my 2014 ever did). I know some of the larger other keys on my 2014 had this issue too (mainly the remove/correction button).

Of course I sent the package back to the store in mitn condition, they agree it's very wobbly but say it's part of the product so a replace won't help. Well...

So now I'm in a pretty meh situation. I know pretty much all mechanical keyboards have some rattle and felxibility for keys but this spacebar really didn't seem normal (if you've seen the pictures of titled keys, that's how bad it was, just with the space bar tough. The stabilizer didn't bring it back to the proper position. and it made a lot more noise than the already clicky 2014.

Anyone here have some advice? I have the option of a refund (possible extra costs) or getting the exact same keyboard back. I'm pretty clueles on what to do now and what/which keyboard I want. I like clicky boards and probably want browns/razer greens on my new keyboard. I've also tried a Blackwidow Chroma at the a local store (they didn't have the 2016 normal) and it felt just fine, sadly that one is another 30-80 euro's more expensive and afaik for just some more lights.
