First off, that image's appropriateness or otherwise has literally nothing to do with your posting. If I see someone doing something illegal or unethical I cannot then proceed to do something of a similar ken "in response" and pretend that my slate is wiped clean because, well, they did it first. Nobody, not even children, thinks that.

Second of all, the image is a legitimate response to a post in this subreddit that is, whether you like it or not, wholly inappropriate for this subreddit. Selfies don't belong here.
