One of the most insulting games I've ever played. It feels like SEGA is becoming influenced by Konami in the sense that they're no longer caring about their franchises. And I'm not one of the "SEGA was only good in the 90s" people. I like some of the more infamous Sonic games like Secret Rings and Lost World, for instance. I actually have never played the Adventure games, but I can imagine how much more insulting certain aspects of the game (like Chaos dying in an early-game cutscene in one hit) is to fans of those games. Even disregarding the more insulting aspects, the gameplay feels really bad; you'd think making a fourth game based on the same mechanics as previous games wouldn't make the controls worse.

Avoid this game, it's the video game equivalent to the Truth or Square TV special from SpongeBob.
