Not sure that’s the answer you’re looking for, nor sure how much you have researched so far but as someone that has had experience building brands in a wide array of fields but here is how I would go:

A) Get some legal counsel to get a clear view of the legal requirements and constrains if running that business B) Do some market research to better see how you can position yourself and start refining your concept C) Establish a customer journey map and very precisely define your processes D) Go back to the legal counsel and have them review how your business will operate so you make sure there is no risk for you E) Start building you brand
