Starving student in a car accident and now out of work indefinitely with few options for income. No savings, large debt. Where do I go from here?

I do have a desk job, but a long commute. Driving is painful, and pain causes me difficulty concentrating for more than a couple hours in addition to an existing disability. Please do not assume that you know my circumstances because I can use a computer.

I would love to have enough income to have an emergency fund, but I don't. I only have enough money to pay my bills and have been living paycheck to paycheck for four years. My biggest luxury is my Netflix account for $10/month. I am underemployed, and live in Southern California. I am a poor student.

I am on full scholarship for my final year of school, and was planning to work 30 hours/week to cover my living expenses. I am not in a position to borrow money, because I cannot afford the payments and I don't have sufficient credit history for anything but a payday loan with a large APR.

I pay for auto insurance so I can legally drive a car. I am not paying for an attorney out of pocket - the payment will come from the settlement (if there is one).
