So youll want to use anything that has the highest dmge, early game just use the 10mm pistol, pipe rifle get the rifleman, sneak, mr sandman and ninja perks as fast as possible, youll also want armorer and use leather armor for most of the game, then get gun nut perk and upgrade your weapon. Youll want to either find a hunting rifle or laser rifle as fast as possible ( you can go to to cambridge police station right away and receive an amazing early game rifle for doing a quest wit paladin danse) upgrading to a combat rifle and eventually sniper rifle. You can also rush to vault 81 and buy the Overseers Guardian, this gun will carry you for most of the game its really good. Eventually you can also use the old reliable lever action rifle from far harbor. As for armor you always want to make your armor shadowed and as light as possible and you want to upgrade your leather to combat armor as fast as possible. Max out all previously mentioned perks as you get them. For the late game you can invest in luck and get all the powerfull crit perks that will make you one shot anytying
