stop putting kids in cages

OK I looked up the first image, it's in El Paso last year. Other images show this as a large area surrounded by fence and barbed wire so I guess it comes down your definition of a cage, I think it's not.

The 2nd image shows McAllen Texas last year. Again looks shitty but it's not "kids in cages." I would assume that overcrowding would be temporary but I don't know. I did a quick Google News search and can't find anything showing anything recent or saying if the overcrowding was fixed.
