I'm just trying to give Weest the benefit of the doubt because I consider him to be a good person so something like this seems unexpected of him to me. People do stuff without much thought all the time so maybe he was getting ready for stream and just threw up a note like "Yo, the gun is fake" That was also up at the start of a two and a half hour stream. People come and go so the people watching at the end likely weren't watching at the very start. Like me, I only started watching about 30min before that happened so I wasn't aware of the nerf gun let alone that note. If I were in that position I would have said something a lot closer to the event itself so that the people who see the warning are the same people seeing the gun and know not to take it seriously. We're also reading the note with knowledge of the gun at the end whereas, assuming Weest was not in on it, it would have been written with only the Nerf gun at mind so it would come off a lot less sus. But I could be totally wrong because I'm trying to think in favor of Weest
