Struggling a lot

Hi. When you say you have a meal plan, do you mean you got it from a dietitian? If not, I would advice you to meet up with one. (If you have the funds for it.)

Unfortunately, I can’t give you any more concrete advice since I’m struggling with the same issues. You really shouldn’t feel bad for feeling full or struggling in other ways tho. It takes time to relearn everything. Years to a lifetime. I’ve been in recovery for years and I still don’t know what a “normal” plate of food looks like, but I don’t think people without EDs do either! Be kind to yourself. The body is amazing and it deserves nutrition at regular times, start there and figure out portion sizes later. Best of luck to you. ❤️
