Every job allows you to take family sick days, and then some, as well as allow you to make advanced arrangements for health issues. In fact parents get preferential treatment in companies. The amount of days off, coming in later and leaving early they can use compared to those who do not have children is massive and actually bias. Daycare isnt expensive for anyone who has a "career", not a job. If you choose to have a child when you dont have a career but a job, thats their poor decision. You should not have a child if you're working minimum wage and cannot support them, period. If daycare costs more than you can afford while working then you're not working in a job that allows you to have children. This is the case for many many people.
