Skill isn't only one thing. Skill is more than just fast reflexes, but positioning, movement, awarness all have role in your skill.

Since we are at it, if you are so skilled you would be able to land 2 more shots on target. Muscle memory is when you are used to your mice not when you need to land 1 or 2 bullets more. Recoil wasnt even changed that much.
